(1) Click on Tools Account Settings

(2) Click on Add Account Check on Email account Click on Next

(3) Enter your Name and the email address that provided to you

(4) Check POP3 and your Incomming Server is mail.guyana.net.gy

(5) Incomming username is the name before @guyana.net.gy of your email address

Authentication

(1) Click on tools
(2) Select Accounts Settings
(3) Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP)
(4) Under Outgoing Server Settings click on the Advances tab
(5) Select mail.guyana.net.gy and click on the Edit tab
(6) Place a Check on "Use name and password"
(7) Enter your Username in the blank feid
